The group of students traveled to Lleida to participate in a course given by architect Iñaki Ábalos who, in turn, is leading the project of the PLANTA main building with his firm, Ábalos + Sentkiewicz Arquitectos (AS+).
From Monday, September 25 to Wednesday, September 27, twelve students from the Harvard Graduate School of Design visited La Plana del Corb, accompanied by Iñaki Ábalos, to gain a first-hand understanding of the PLANTA project and the space where the main building will be located.
The students participated in a workshop at the PLANTA facilities, led by Iñaki Ábalos in collaboration with landscape architect, Teresa Galí, where they debated and contemplated the Sorigué project and its foundation. The aim of the workshop was to establish architectural proposals for this space which brings together contemporary artistic creations and business innovation, located at the Sorigué industrial complex in Balaguer.
